Homa-Bay Region is in the Catholic Diocese of Homa-Bay which has two counties, Migori and Homa-Bay.  The Region has got 19 communities.  Four communities are under the Central leadership and 15 communities are under the Region.  However, the Regional assemblies, workshops, seminars and renewal of vows are managed by the Regional leadership.  The region has a population of 55 sisters both finally and temporary professed sisters in exception of those under Central Leadership.
